Spring High School Championship Schedules Announced for 2026

The postseason for high school sports is underway, with championships scheduled for May 2026. Key events include baseball, softball, track and field, and more.

The Southern Section Division 1 baseball final will occur at Cal State Fullerton on May 29, with additional finals on May 30 at Epicenter stadium. The City Section Open Division and Division I finals are set for Dodger Stadium on May 23.

Softball finals for the Southern Section will take place from May 28-30 at Barber Park in Irvine. City Section finals are scheduled for May 29-30, with the exact location yet to be announced.

The Southern Section track and field finals are on May 16 at Moorpark High, followed by the Masters Meet on May 23. City Section finals will happen on May 21 at Birmingham High School.

Boys’ volleyball finals for the Southern Section are planned from May 14-16 at Cerritos College. The City Section finals will take place on May 15 at Venice and on May 16 at Birmingham.

Girls’ beach volleyball finals for the Southern Section are scheduled for May 2 at Long Beach City College. The City Section team finals will occur on May 1 at Santa Monica Beach.

Lacrosse finals for the Southern Section are set for May 15-16 at Fred Kelly Stadium in Orange. City Section finals will occur on April 30 at Palisades.

Swimming finals for the Southern Section are planned for May 5-9 at Mt. San Antonio College. The City Section finals will happen on May 8 at East L.A. College.

The Southern Section boys’ golf individual final is on May 21, with team finals scheduled for May 18-19. The City Section finals will take place on May 20 at Wilson/Harding.

Boys’ tennis finals for the Southern Section are on May 15 at the University of Redlands Claremont Club. City Section finals are set for April 29 and May 6-7 at Balboa Park.

The Stunt Cheer City Section finals are scheduled for May 1 at Venice. These events highlight the competitive spirit and talent in high school sports across the region.
